Video: Intermediate Performance Nutrition: Module 4 Intro (1 min)
Introduction
In Modules 1-3, we discussed underlying nutrition principles relating to body composition, fueling, recovery, hydration, gut tolerances, and more. In this module, we tie these principles together and demonstrate their application in two case studies. We also broaden our definition of sports/ nutrition consultation by discussing working with groups (teams) and non-traditional sports. In this module, the video content will provide the greatest insights, with this text being supplementary in nature.
